Ryan Pack – Mr. Pack is the managing attorney for our Oklahoma City office.  He is among the most experienced Social Security disability and Veteran’s law attorneys in the State.  In fact, he has successfully represented hundreds of Social Security disability claimants in the Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Additionally, he has spoken and conducted numerous Social Security disability seminars throughout the State of Oklahoma.  Mr. Pack is from the Oklahoma City area as he graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with his undergraduate degree, and thereafter received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law.  He is licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma and before the Federal 10th Circuit.  Additionally, he has been accredited by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs as a certified Veteran’s representative.

Teresa M. Grasso – Ms. Grasso is the managing attorney for the Tulsa office. Through zealous representation of her clients she has won hundreds of cases. Her comprehensive knowledge of Social Security law coupled with diligent development of her cases has made her one of the top representatives in the Tulsa area. Ms. Grasso graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 2001 where she was bestowed with the honor of the Maehl Award. She also graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law in 2004 with two academic achievement awards. During law school, she served as the business manager of the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology and was a member of the American Indian Law Review. Ms. Grasso is also a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Training Program through the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center College of Medicine. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, Northern District of Oklahoma, Eastern District of Oklahoma, and the 10th Circuit US Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Tulsa Interagency Council (TIC) and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR). She is frequently asked to speak at seminars, support groups, and mental health facilities in the Tulsa Metro area on matters relating to Social Security disability benefits.

Donald Baker – Mr. Baker is the managing attorney in the Bartlesville office. Mr. Baker retired as a Lieutenant from the Bartlesville Police Department after a long and successful career. He received his Law Degree from the University of Tulsa in 2002. Following law school, Mr Baker worked as a Prosecutor for the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office, where he was recognized as one of the “Top Gun” prosecutors. Mr. Baker is able to draw on this varied background in providing effective representation to clients. Mr. Baker is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and Kansas as well as being admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Northern District of Oklahoma and the District Court of Kansas. He is a member of the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton Inn of the American Inns of Court.

Breeann Rice – Mrs. Rice is the managing attorney for the Miami office. She graduated from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Mrs. Rice also volunteered her time to “Fools for Christ” providing meals to the homeless of Nashville. Mrs. Rice was awarded an outstanding academic scholarship to attend the University of Tulsa College of Law. While in law school Mrs. Rice worked as a law clerk and a student lawyer, participating in the Older Americans Law Project. She was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus. Mrs. Rice received her law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in April 2006. She began practicing as an attorney specializing in the area of Estate Planning and Probate as well as various civil matters. Mrs. Rice’s commitment to the study of law and her desire to help those in need are a great asset to her clients. In addition she can converse in Spanish.
